A neighbour has obtained an internet account in my Dad's name. The police arn't co-operating and have washed their hands of the situation completely. The service provider are completely useless and are not being a great deal of help. Although we are keeping constant contact with this service provider asking for updates on the situation , they arn't doing anything about it.Not only are these neighbours using my parents name for cable , they are using it to obtain credit elsewhere.
