Question : If I have a student loan, that I am not in default with then will I receive a stimulus check?
I have a student loan that I pay on time every month, so will I not receive a stimulus check?

i have a student loan that im paying on time everymonth..and according the irs tool, im getting mycheck june 13th...so i would say yes your getttinga check. :)

if you qualify yes you will.....you can have astudent loan but you cannot be in default so youare correct about this.....keep in mind thoughthat some are in default and it may not have beenreported yet so they may still fall through thecracks and get one

To qualify for the Stimulus Check you had to filea income tax return for 2007, have income of$3,000.00 or more, and not be claimed as adependent on anothers return. Visit the IRS website at www.irs.gov and if you qualify there is aplace to click that will tell you when you will bemailed the check.

since you have not default you will be receiving astimulus rebate if you qualify.

If you are otherwise eligible, yes you will. Astudent loan that isn't in default won't affectyour stimulus payment in any way.
