You give very few details....obviously the easiestis to talk to an attorney and pay him to do it foryou....he'll also give you the lowdown on thestrength of your case...The other is to go aheadand file the complaint yourself..."pro se."In somestates, you must file a motion to request to filea complaint pro se....for many states don't wantsomebody who knows nothing about law.....wastingthe courts time......So, you may have to do thatdepending upon where you live..But generally tofile, You file the complaint with the appropriatecourt and you send a copy with summons to thecompany you're suing....going through the sheriffmakes it a lot easier to serve the complaint (forit proves they got it)...anyway, it gets verycomplex from there...but I encourage all to "gofor it."

I would get a legal plan with ID theft protectionfrom a company that specializes in this type ofthing. Your lawsuit probably won'y be covered bythe plan but you will get a discount and most ofall advice from a company that is an expert inthis field. Here is a link to the legal and IDtheft plan I have:
http://BestLegalAdvice.infoThere is a law that covers how companies arerequired to safeguard your info called ADRS andthis company seems to be best out there in thisarea. Don't delay taking action on this becausethere are deadlines for taking care of it.I hopethis helps, take care!
