Question : How do you stop Comcast auto bill pay?
I paid my bill they auto bill paid it even though I paid it in advance I had a $49.00 credit now I owe $73.00. All in less than a week.Comcast would not tell me when bill pay would start or even the day of the month it would start all they told me was 2 to 3 months to activate. It took 2 months.

You have to call comcast and tell them to stopusing your bank account. I think they probablywill ask to send it in writing. After that ifthey do it again you can dispute it with the bank.

call comcast to stop abusing your direct debit,and id have a word with bank manager to its thebank who are allowing these secondary payments togo through, did you not arrange a date for thesepayments to be taken out, example 23rd each monthonly you should. but write them now ,
