Identity fraud would seem more suited for abusiness paper. But, if you were to look atwhether incarceration rates are in any wayinfluenced by the fact that prisons are good forstate and local economies, then that would bereally interesting.

I think the prison thing is more suited forsociology than business unless your prepared todiscuss the economic impacts. I believe that anevaluation of those impacts would be pretty thinat best because you would be making a dangerousassumption if you said that those in prison were "average" producers. They do not represent theaverage population. Stick with identity fraud.
