Question : This girl I can't stand was arrested for "identity fraud", what is that?
She also was arrested for driving with a suspended license. She was supposed to turn herself in 2 weeks ago for 6 months in jail but I never knew what for. She didn't show up so do you think that the identity fraud was the charge she was supposed to go to jail for? There wouldn't be a bond if she didn't show up as supposed to, right?

She probably tried to cash or pass a forgedcheck, or use a credit card that did not belong toher, to purchase items. If she failed to appear incourt, the judge will issue a bench warrant so shecan be arrested on sight. Are you asking this for areason or are you trying to scoop up some dirt tothrow into the rumor mill? Quit playing thosekiddy games.

Answer #7
She was pretending to be someone (another realperson) she is not.She either had the otherpersons ID or had a fake ID for that person.Anexample is she had another persons check book orcredit card and was trying to make purchases. Shemight have had the others personssocial securitynumber to apply for a job or their driverslicenses to buy beer.
