Question : Those of you who have used Lexington Law credit repair services, how did it work out?
I'd like to know of anyone who has actually used Lexington Law credit repair and of their experience. I have gotten mixed reviews on the company, so I'd like to hear from some actual users. Was it successful? How long did it take? Any problems? How was their communication/customer service? Do you get to talk to a real lawyer ever?

I used it for a couple of years and they helpedout a lot. I paid the monthly fee which was a lotmore back then, mailed my credit reports to themand any info I had on the items I was disputingand they helped resolve things. I was happy butstopped using them only because my credit is goodnow and I don't need to dispute anything. It waseasy to talk to someone on the phone but I neverthought to ask if they were a lawyer.

Answer #2
They are a bunch of scammers. They chargeridiculous fees and all they do is send letters tothe credit reporting agencies disputing everythingnegative as "not mine". You can dispute stuff onyour credit file for free. If it's wrong, itcomes off, if it's yours, it stays.Plus you haveto give them all your ID information - name, address, SSN, birthdate, and they get your creditreport, which contains all your credit card info. The people that work there are not very reputable- what a way to open yourself up to ID theft.
