Question : What LIFE insurance companies have had a bad record in denying legitimate claims?
I am deciding which company to go with for my life insurance purchase. Wanted to make sure my spouse and child wouldn't be mistreated by the company should anything happened to me.Thanks!

Any A rated company should be just fine. Lifeinsurance companies don't make a habit of denyinglegitimate claims.

You check with AM Best, Moody or Weiss Rating, Iwouldn't take a policy with anyone but an Acompany. I ha vent seen many deny claims but takeforever to settle is another story. The ratingis used to show financial solvency. The moresolvent the more money they have in there coffersto pay out. Hope that helps
