It would help to know what you mean by "collegelevel." If you mean academically written, then no.If you mean simply maturely written, with soundinfo, there are several:All Your Worth byElizabeth WarrenYour Money Rules for FinancialFreedom by Michael J Laurence (few chapters allshould read, but then it's primarily a referencebook)The Nine Steps to Financial Freedom SuzeOrmanThe Road to Wealth Suze OrmanThe Laws ofMoney, the Lessons of Life by Suze OrmanI don'tthink you'd go wrong with any of those.

Answer #2
I took a personal finance class about 3 semestersago and the book was called, Street Smarts, BookSmarts. It was the best academic book I've readbecause the author threw in personal stories butalso has a lot of useful information in it. Italso comes with a workbook to help you with theTime Value of Money.
