Everyone who is married and/or has children shouldhave a will. It is simple and you can do ityourself or pay a lawyer a reasonable fee for it. A living trust is required once you havesignificant assets a living trust will provideprotection if you are incapacitated and will allowyour heirs to avoid probate.
