Question : What kind of home loan can I get for a fixer upper that won't pass inpsection?
I'm looking at an old Victorian home (built 1889) and wish to restore the home. The problem is, I know it will never pass inspection.What kind of home loan can I get for something like this?

You would have a difficult time finding a bank tomortgage the property, I would think.Sounds prettytricky.

fha 203k will probably be the only loan that willdo it
