Hi - I'm an accountant. Steven is correct - youmay already have Excel on your PC and if so thenyou're all set. Just set up a spreadsheet like acheck register. There are also lots of freetemplates that you can find online (including theMicrosoft website) for Excel to track your moneyand budgets, etc. But, if you want to purchasesomething a little more sophisticated then I wouldsuggest Quicken. The basic version is fine fortracking your expenses, budget, and balancing yourcheckbook. You can set it up to automaticallydownload transactions from your bank account too. Microsoft Money is another similar program but Idon't care for it as much.
