Question : How do I get a student loan for living expeneses?
I am trying to get a student loan, because I need to be able to pay for an apartment and need to get a new vehicle. I am working but I'm only making minimum wage and its not enough. How do i get a student loan that will send me the money instead of the school?

You tell the school you want the maximum loanamount and then they should cut you a check forthe difference. Good luck with that. I did itand I sooo regret it because now I have to pay itall back, plus interest on the loan that wasn'tsubsidized. Really think hard and see if youcan't get a different job or more hours at yourcurrent job.

There's a lot of private lenders.Try your bankfirst, and ask your school financial aidoffice.Good luck !
