Question : living trust?
my parents and i have a living trust, which includes the house my parents own. lf i get married and later divorced, can my ex-wife touch anything in that trust or try to claim the house in the trust?

Probably not unless you contribute financially tohouse payments, upkeep, improvements, taxes, etc. However, this is really a question of state lawthat varies from state to state. Contact a divorceattorney in the state in which you live.
