Question : Identity fraud?
I am looking for my rights for identity fraud...a person that has done it before to me is doing it again and the law seems to protect the bad guy and not the victum...Where can I go for answer to questions I have?Thank you for your help...Connie

contact your local county attorney's office to seeabout prosecuting them. Also, collect every typeof proof you can get your hands ahold of. Filepolice reports- if nothing else, they can help ifyou ever take it to court.
