Or does the living trust have to be distributed as stated and then my share provided to my son?

Will some real lawyer answer this question please.I was told once that NO you can't pass iton....that the government will lay claim toit.Please don't take my answer as gospel truth itis only more like "hear Say".

Accept your share upon the reading and then laterwork it out for your son, there could be some taxregulations involved but if you take it now asstated then you have time to learn.
